TRANSPAN early career-stage investigators meeting.

We are launching the first conference of the TRANSPAN CA21116 COST Action dedicated to early career stage investigators. It is addressed to PhD students and post-docs, without a faculty/permanent position who can present their current projects to peers and experts from various research fields.

Welcome and presentation of the COST Action and Workshop

Speed dating with the mentors

Session 1. Pancreatic cancer – Risk groups; modelling risk; risk profiling

– Mentor’s presentation – 10 minutes

– 3-4 presentations (10 mins + 5 mins discussion each)

Coffee break and poster view

Session 2. Opportunities for early detection, non-invasive biomarkers in PDAC. Tumor profiling/tumor microenvironment.

Please note: reimbursed participants shall prepare their topic as oral presentation.
Only the abstracts selected for oral presentations will receive funding. The core group will select
between 10 and 15 presentations.
