The Training School on “In vitro and in vivo models for functional genomics” was hosted in Bratislava (SK)

On the 20th of May 2026 has been held in Bratislava (SK) the Training school on “In vitro and in vivo models for functional genomics” organized by Božena Smolkova

The training school focused on handling patient-derived xenografts (PDX) models — including preparing organoids and tissue slices from PDX tissues, treating them, and evaluating results using 3D Lumi, histopathology, and immunohistochemistry.
